    Directions

    For Eyes: Apply to eyelids as a primer before applying applying eye makeup, and undereyes to brighten dark circles before applying undereye concealer.

    For Lips: Apply to bare lips as a primer before applying lip products, and to cupid's bow as a lip highlighter.
