We want everyone to be able to shop, book and learn with us online, whatever device or assistive technology you use.

Our goal

We work to make mojospa.com meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard most widely used for websites.

What we have done

• We test the site with automated accessibility tools and by keyboard alone, on a computer and on a phone.
• Pictures on our pages and products carry text descriptions for screen readers.
• Our text and buttons have the colour contrast to be read easily.
• The menu, the cart and our forms work with a keyboard, with a clear outline showing where you are.
• Our videos have captions where they have speech.
• We've reviewed our pages and blog posts for clear headings and link wording.
• Our store hours, directions and parking are written out in text beside the map.
• Lists in our product descriptions are set up so screen readers read them as lists.

Where we are still working

Some features on our site come from other companies, such as our customer reviews, our chat and our Instagram feed. We test them too, and we share feedback with those companies when we find a problem. Checkout is provided by Shopify, which tests it against WCAG 2.2 AA.

If anything on our site is hard to use, or you'd like information in another way, send us a note on our Ask Us a Question page and choose Accessibility as the topic. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll reply within two business days and help you get what you need.
