How It Works:
- Tell us about your skin and lifestyle by filling out our digital questionnaire and book an optional virtual skincare consultation with our founder.
- We formulate your made-to-order serums and ship them directly to you (shipping charges apply) or choose free pick-up from our Chicago store.

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: To qualify spend $225 or more in a single purchase (before tax and after discounts) on Mojo Spa products in-store or online at www.mojospa.com by December 31, 2025. Gift card purchases do not count toward the spending threshold. The Golden Ticket can be combined with other promotions. Limit one Golden Ticket per customer.
Rewards: The Golden Ticket grants a custom 0.5 oz facial serum ($35 value) and 0.5 oz eye serum ($35 value) redeemable in January 2026. Customizations are formulated via a digital questionnaire and optional virtual skincare consultation. Rewards take 2-3 weeks to fulfill after customizations are finalized. Rewards can be shipped (charges apply) or picked up for free from our Chicago store. The option to customize additional skincare products (facial moisturizer, toner, mask, exfoliant, etc.) are available at an additional cost.
Transfer: Golden Ticket rewards can only be transferred once by the original ticket holder. Instructions for ticket transfer will be provided via email after a qualifying purchase. All rewards and T&Cs apply to the new ticket holder.
Redemption: Instructions for redeeming rewards will be emailed in early January 2026. All pending actions must be completed by March 31, 2026. Rewards cannot be applied to other products or services. Marketing consent via email and SMS is required at checkout to receive the reward. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy on our website.
