How soon after I purchase will my item be shipped?
All domestic web orders are shipped via USPS. You have the option of selecting USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Please note ALL orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday.
How can I track my order?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. We also offer the option of getting shipping updates via SMS when you check out.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping rates will vary depending on country. Please note the customs and import restrictions on cosmetics and beauty products in your country.
If I place a web order can I ship it to another person?
Yes, just make sure the shipping information is made out to the correct person.
If I place a web order can I pick it up in-store?
Yes, we currently offer free in-store pickup at our Chicago flagship store see directions.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my merchandise?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain products are only eligible for store credit. All sale items and gift certificates are non-refundable. Monetary refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

When will my refund be issued?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Are sale items refundable?
All sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
A blue-tone red color with a satin finish. Our natural mineral lipsticks are formulated to not only deliver vibrant color but to moisturize your lips. Our natural lipstick recipe uses castor oil, shea butter, and a combination of two natural waxes, carnauba and candelilla. By using natural waxes, this promotes hydration and healthy-looking lips!
What Makes It Special?
Castor Oil: Rich in ricinoleic acid, a monosaturated fatty acid that locks in moisture and hydrates the skin, helps lips feel restored and rejuvenated
Candelilla Wax: Creates a protective barrier while providing long lasting moisture and softness
Carnauba Wax: Protects the lips from harmful environmental factors, naturally binds the lipstick together
Shea Butter: Acts as a skin conditioner & absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue
Vitamin E: Promotes elasticity and reduces the signs of aging
Lipstick Care and Shelf Life
The shelf life of our lipsticks is 6 months from first use. Due to the natural ingredients, the lipstick has an herbal scent. Do not store in a hot environment, which may soften and damage the lipstick. Our all natural lipstick formula tends to be softer. If lipstick softens too much, place in the refrigerator for a couple hours to harden it again. To extend the life of your lipstick, gently clean the tip of the lipstick with rubbing alcohol.
Apply product over entire lip area. For lipstick color that blends with your natural lip color, apply first. For a more true color of the lipstick, prime your lips first with SWAK lip primer. For a more intense, vibrant color, prime first with one of our lip stains. Reapply when needed.
